About Our Starlight Players Program

Shining a light on every performer’s potential.

The Starlight Program at Montreal Children’s Theatre offers inclusive acting classes designed for those on the autism spectrum and/or facing social challenges.

​

Through theatre, movement, music, and creative expression, participants are empowered to build confidence, develop communication skills, and form meaningful connections in a safe, welcoming, and joy-filled environment. Our experienced instructors—including drama therapy specialists—are dedicated to creating a space where every voice is valued and every individual can thrive. We are proud to collaborate with Concordia University’s Drama Therapy department to further enrich our approach and support.

Theatre performance with our Starlight Players group

Starlight Players 

Shine on stage with Starlight Players—a supportive theatre and musical theatre program for young adults on the autism spectrum and/or facing social challenges. Led by experienced instructors, including drama therapy specialists, and enriched through collaborations with Concordia University’s Drama Therapy department, this inclusive program offers fun classes and creative workshops where participants build confidence, communication, and self-expression while discovering the joy of performance in a welcoming and empowering environment.
