    Course Overview:

  • The Young Actors’ Foundations Course introduces children to the fundamental skills and techniques of acting in a fun, engaging, and age-appropriate manner. Through a combination of interactive exercises, improvisation, and performance practice, students will develop their acting abilities, enhance their creativity, and build confidence.

    Course Objectives:

  • Learn Basic Acting Techniques: Understand the core principles of acting, including character creation, improvisation, and script work.

  • Develop Performance Skills: Improve voice, movement, and emotional expression.

  • Foster Creativity and Confidence: Encourage self-expression and build confidence through performance opportunities and collaborative work.

  • Key Benefits:

    Skill Development: Build foundational skills in voice, movement, and acting techniques.

  • The Young Actors’ Foundations Course provides a comprehensive and enjoyable introduction to acting, setting the stage for continued growth and development in theatre and performance.

  • This class has the option to continue in the full year class and join the spring show. The difference in fees plus a $50 admin charge would be applied.
